Unfortunately, due to Texas liquor laws, we cannot legally provide or sell liquor to clients, but that’s okay! Once you decide on a finalized menu, our team will supply you with an itemized shopping list for alcohol. The best part? You can purchase it at any store you want, saving you a ton of dough!
We provide and plan everything needed for your perfect bar! Depending on what package you choose our services include; experienced bartenders satellite bar/trailer, cups, straws, napkins, ice, coolers, garnishes, homemade syrups, fresh squeezed juices, décor, and personalized menu signage!
Yes for an add-on charge, we can serve coffee and tea. Is your event alcohol free? Let us create signature MOCKTAILS for your special occasion! These are a great option for dry brunch events, baby showers and school functions!
Yes. A 50% deposit is due upon the signature of the Service Agreement, which is required to book your date. The full balance is due one month prior to your event date.
We offer multiple convenient payment options including Debit/Credit Card, ACH, & Apple Pay, Venmo, & Zelle. Please note that personal checks are accepted, but has to be received within 5 days of signed contract. For your convenience and peace of mind, you can make credit and debit card payments securely in advance through Invoice. We kindly request full payment or any outstanding balance to be settled at least one month prior to the event. Our staff will arrive promptly and begin their duties upon receipt of the full payment.
Yes, we charge for 100% of the guest count to ensure a quality beverage service.
There is a 5-day cancellation window to cancel booking and receive full return of deposit. On the 6th day deposit is non-refundable.
Our pricing is all inclusive minus the cost of alcohol. This means that we will bring everything you need for the event except the booze.
Feeling tipsy? If you do not want a tip jar displayed, we will add 20% gratuity to the host’s invoice. If you allow a tip jar to be displayed, we will add 12% gratuity to the host’s invoice.
If you’re serving liquor at your event, we can serve with any size bottle. Traditional 750ml Bottles, however, are preferred due to ease of use for our bartenders. We want your event to go as smoothly as possible, and larger bottles don’t allow for pour spouts and make it harder to mix drinks. We know it can be cheaper to purchase handles, so if that’s the case go for it!
We cover Central Texas. We proudly serve Killeen, Temple, Austin, and Waco. But that’s not all! We also provide our exceptional services in San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston, Tx (travel fees may apply).
Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we cannot accommodate cancellations due to rain. In the event of rain, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our mobile bar.
Our beverage estimates are based on your stated guest count given during your beverage consultation. We do our best to provide more than enough of each beverage for your special event. Therefore, all beverages and items will be available for the duration of your bartending service with the exception of requested specialty brands.
Typically, we arrive 1 hour ahead of the start of the event. If your event is a wedding, we will arrive 1.5 hours ahead of the ceremony to make sure we aren’t causing a ruckus when you’re saying, “I do”.
