4. Responsibilities: As the client, you are responsible for providing a suitable space for our bartenders to set up and operate, as well as any necessary permits or licenses for serving alcohol. You must also ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and guests at all times during the event.
5. Liability: Double Shot Cocktails is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event, including but not limited to accidents, property damage, or theft. We carry liability insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, but we recommend that you obtain additional insurance coverage for your event if necessary.
6. Alcohol Service: Our bartenders are trained to serve alcohol responsibly and in accordance with local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or underage. It is your responsibility to ensure that all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age.
